"During my freshman year, I was always getting in trouble and causing problems. In my heart, I knew that it wasn’t the right thing to be doing, and she always knew how I felt; it’s like she could see right through me and see who I was at heart. She never once gave up on me and had always been right there when I needed her or wanted to open up with her about my life at home and school. She always checks in and makes sure to always offer a chance to talk, and I find her to be a very comforting person and now, during my sophomore year, I have done better with my grades and being the person I’ve wanted to be because of her. She changed my point of view on school and being a better person. She’s someone I look up to, and I would just like to thank her for being a very important person in my life. She pushes me to do my best when I don’t think I can, she supports me when I have lots of doubts, and she pushes me to do things out of my comfort zone because she believes in me when I don’t."
