Is Rosendale representing Montana?

One of the latest bills voted one by the House of Representatives was to remove the bust of Judge Taney who wrote the the decision in the Dred Scott Case.

This bill was again passed with bipartisan support. Judge Taney wrote the pro-slavery decision in the Dred Scott case. This was one of the worst decisions by the United States Supreme Court.

At the time of this case the Supreme Court ruled that the Constitution did not apply to people of African descent. This was after Dred Scott was given his freedom from his slave owner.

Representative Rosendale is against removing Confederate statues in the United States Capitol by voting against this bill. His reasoning is Critical Race Theory.

So in the last couple weeks, Rosendale voted against recognition of the Capitol Police that protected him and Congress from the rioters on January 6th. He voted against establishing the Juneteenth Holiday to remember the people that were killed in Tulsa during the riots on May 31 and on June 1st in 1921.

I am a a loss as to who Representative Rosendale is representing in Congress.
