As the events of today Jan. 6, 2021 unwind, we should take a good look at what caused the insurrection in Washington D.C.
It is rather alarming that the insurrection was encouraged by the President of the United States and members of Congress. They are attempting to over throw the results of a free and fair election.
President Trump took his case to many courts around the nation and lost all of his cases for a fraudulent election. Our Senator Daines is included in the members of Congress that are trying to overthrow the will of the people. He is an embarrassment to our great state of Montana. We should ask him to resign. He took an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States from enemies foreign and domestic.
He made a very bad choice on the political landscape. We need to hold him accountable. We have a lot of better and more responsible people to fill this position in the Senate.
