To the person who stole the Christmas garden flag from my parents grave at the Corvallis cemetery:
It was just a small flag depicting an old fashioned truck with a tree in the bed. If you really liked it and wanted one, you could have ordered your own from Amazon.com. It wasn't that expensive.
In many states it is a crime to steal decorations from graves. Whether or not it is in Montana is not the issue.
Stealing from a grave is a crime against decency and a crime against morality. If you kept this flag for yourself or gave it to someone, possibly as a gift, I hope you are/were asked where you got it.
Do you have the honesty to say, I stole it from a grave at the cemetery? I know you don't since you are a thief, but I hope you feel like the bad person you are. It may just be a nice garden flag to you, but to my sister and I it was a decoration to remember our parents during the holiday of Christmas.
