Bonnie Jean Posten passed away May 2, 2019, with family and friends by her side. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, as well as friend. Her dearest friend of 60 years, Judy Wilson, stayed by her side through the end, proving time means little to love. Bonnie taught at Ponderosa High School in California before retiring and moving to Montana. She was talented in her cooking and crafts and often taught and shared her skills with her loved ones. She is survived by her brother, Ken Merrill; her son, David Posten; her five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She knew how to make everyone feel like family and will be dearly missed. She passes on to meet her parents Betty Jean and Frank Merrill; sister, Connie Wentz; her daughter, Karri Easley; as well as partner Michael Chambers.
