Libby's Jim Mee broke out of a three-way tie to take the lead going into Sunday's final round of the Town Pump Montana Open golf tournament at Larchmont Golf Course.

Mee carded a 7-under-par 65 in Saturday's second round to give him a 36-hole total of 132, one stroke better than Brian Beach of Missoula, who also shot a 65 on Saturday.

Russell Grove of Hayden, Idaho, stands in third place at 135, followed by Coeur d'Alene's Trevor Fox at 137. Fox was one of three golfers to lead after Friday's first round of the 54-hole tournament for amateurs and professionals.

Jason Lehtola of Missoula, one of the first-round leaders, is at 139, along with Blake Little of Chula Vista, California, and Ryan Malby of Kalispell.
