ST. IGNATIUS -- The St. Ignatius boys' tennis team split a pair of Class B-C dual meets on Friday, beating Darby 5-0 and losing to Troy, 3-2.

Andrew Esslinger had a big day for the Bulldogs at No. 2 singles. He beat Darby's Dustin Hunter, 6-2, 6-3, and Troy's Brylee Freund, 6-1, 6-0.

Nate Doll was also a double winner for St. Ignatius at No. 3 singles. he beat Anthony Westfall of Darby, 6-0, 6-1, and Michael Dennendaal of Troy, 6-1, 6-0.
