Loyola Sacred Heart used a 23-point fourth quarter to rally past Ronan for a 70-66 win in a District 6-B boys' basketball game Monday night at Sister Rita Activity Center.
Ronan led 33-30 at halftime and 51-47 at the end of the third quarter.
Parker Davis scored 12 of his game-high 28 points in the fourth quarter for Loyola. Fisher Richardson also had eight of his 19 points in the final 8 minutes.
Ezekiel Misa led Ronan with 11 points. The Chiefs were just 7 for 16 at the free-throw line, while Loyola was 14 for 19.
Hamilton 68, Florence 34
At Florence, the Broncs hit as many 3-pointers as they did from inside the arc en route to doubling up Florence.
The Class A Broncs hit 22 field goals in all, split evenly between treys and deuces. Tanner Goligoski had five of those long-range bombs and led Hamilton (5-0) with 24 points. Hunter Omlid added 15 points and Carter Kerns added 14.
Marcus Zeiler led Class B Florence (2-4) with 10 points.
The Falcons trailed by just nine at half, 32-23, but could muster just 11 points in the second half.
Hot Springs 57, St. Ignatius 51
At Hot Springs, Trevor Paro torched the net for 33 points in his Savage Heat's nonconference win against the Bulldogs.
Paro was 20 for 27 from the free-throw line. He made 11 free throws in the fourth quarter where Hot Springs held off St. Ignatius, 21-18.
Mission's Isaac Alexander scored a team-high 16 points and Wacey McClure was one point behind at 15. St. Ignatius, though, fell to 0-4. The Heat improved to 4-1.
