Can't beet this

This isn't rum, it's brum. That's rum made with Montana beet sugar (80 percent beet sugar, 20 percent cane sugar). Wildrye Distilling in Bozeman produces this rum ... er, brum along with several other spirits, including Wildrye Apply Pie, Montana white lightning mixed with Montana apples, honey and spices. Ramsdell's Parrot pays tribute to one of Butte's copper mines that had the same name.
