Gary Marbut has proven experience to perform well for the voters of House District 99.

For example, in 2003, Marbut wrote a bill for the Legislature, House Bill 306, for a constitutional referendum to allow the people of Montana to vote to amend the Montana Constitution to preserve the right to hunt and fish in Montana. Marbut got House Bill 306 passed by the Montana Legislature.

When the people of Montana voted on Marbut’s proposed referendum to amend the Constitution, that referendum was approved by the highest percentage of the electorate of any constitutional change in Montana history. Because of Marbut’s direct effort, which a supermajority of Montana voters supported, our traditional right to harvest wild fish and game animals is now preserved in the Montana Constitution.

There is only one person in Montana who can claim the effectiveness to have created the most successful change in the history of the Montana Constitution. That is Marbut.

With Marbut, the voters of House District 99 get a proven history of experience and success. Vote for Gary Marbut.
