Hamilton-area associate brokers earned international awards recently by EXIT Realty Corporation International.

Jani Summers with EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley was honored with the Gold Award for closing more than 75 real estate transactions during the production year, which ran from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017.

“I feel very proud – it is quite an honor,” Summers said. “I owe it all to the work ethic I learned as a child.”

EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley owner Max Coleman said Summers is in the top 1 percent of realtors in North America and number 36 in production companywide.

Associate brokers Nicole Jones and Craig Siphers were honored with the Bronze Award by EXIT Realty Corp. International for closing more than 25 real estate transaction sides during the same time.

“The bronze awards put them in the top three percentile,” Coleman said. “What we’re doing out here is phenomenal. We just keep eating up the market share. We’re on track for $100 million in sales this year.”

EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley has been in operation for 12 years and has locations now in Darby, Hamilton and Stevensville with 33 associates. Max and Tina Coleman own the brokerage and are the regional owners for Montana and Idaho.

“We sell the franchises and are in the process of selling to every major area in the state of Montana right now,” Max Coleman said. “We have a really good team of people – long-term agents. It takes boots on the ground to dominate the market share.”

Tami Bonnell, CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, said EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley sets the bar high.

"It takes hard work, skill, and determination to achieve the upper echelons of any profession,” Bonnell said. “These exceptional real estate professionals are among the top in our industry and we salute them.”

Steve Morris, founder and chairman of EXIT Realty Corp. International, said the company is growing.

"EXIT Realty is enjoying tremendous growth across both Canada and the U.S.,” he said. “We are delighted that these individuals are helping to drive that growth and we extend our warmest congratulations to them on their great achievement.”
