Here is the Ravalli County sheriff’s blotter for the week of Dec. 29, 2012, through Jan. 3, 2013.

Saturday, Dec. 29

Deputies took a report of shoplifting in the Florence area; an investigation continues.

Dennis L. Tipps Jr., 37, was cited for driving while suspended or revoked in Stevensville.

Sunday, Dec. 30

A deputy assisted another law enforcement agency with a DUI investigation.

Leo B. Hrdlicka, 60, was cited for driving while suspended or revoked, expired license plates, failure to carry insurance and habitual offender in Florence.

Daniel G. Roark, 23, was cited for suspended driver’s license in Florence.

Monday, Dec. 31

A Corvallis female reported her neighbor’s dog. The owner received a warning.

A Victor male reported theft of mail and requested an informational report.

Tuesday, Jan. 1

Philip W. Marcus, 23, was cited for operating with an expired registration and failure to carry proof of insurance on Highway 93.

Samantha T. Gates, 22, was arrested on a warrant in Corvallis.

Kelly D. Newman, 20, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in Hamilton.

A deputy took a report of a dog bite to a male by his neighbors’ dog in Hamilton. The male received medical treatment at the hospital.

Wednesday, Jan. 2

A Hamilton employer reported a male had not reported to work as scheduled, an ATL for a missing person was broadcasted. The male was later located.

A deputy took a report of a male bitten by a dog while riding a bike. The dog’s owner was contacted and agreed to quarantine her dog.

Thursday, Jan. 3

A juvenile was cited for theft in Corvallis.

A male juvenile was cited for privacy in communication Corvallis.
